In accordance with the plans to expand the production capacity and satisfy the increase of the local / international market demand, Kandil glass co. already started to build its 2nd glass container factory. The 2nd phase is scheduled for completion by end of 2009. All equipments, machines, production lines and furnace materials are already contracted

Furnace: The capacity of the furnace is 350 ton/day-128000 tons per annum The supplier is M/S Sorg – Germany Production lines: Three production lines: Two of them with 10 sections triple gob 4 1/4" One with 12 sections double gob 6 1/4" All of them are supplied by Emhart glass Our business: Soft drinks, juices, beer, food items, pharmaceutical & perfume bottles.

	09 inspection machines, each line equipped with three machines (inspection by camera)

Our target:
	The main goal of Kama glass co. is to establish a solid national base for glass industry and producingthe best possible quality of glass container in order to serve its customers all over the world.

The factory is going to use the narrow neck press and blow technology (NNPB) which allows bottles to be made much lighter with up to 25% less glass.

It also allows glass containers to be made with much higher accuracy, i.e. fewer defects and lower reject.
The NNPB technology made bottles are much stronger because they have better glass distribution.
