Department : Organizational Development - KG
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update employee information in HR and OD databases.
- Screen and filter data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
- Collaborate with HR and OD teams to support various projects and initiatives.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, welcome of college students.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR and OD processes is an advantage.
